Incorporate a Singapore company
Start by whether the applicant is a Singapore citizen, a permanent resident, or based overseas. The fee is usually the ACRA name and incorporation charges plus a professional fee. Secretary, registered address and a nominee director are not all folded into that fee. Annual return, accounting and tax come after the company exists.
