What the incorporation fee includes
A quote should show the professional fee and the ACRA government charges. Secretary, address, nominee director and work passes are not inside every incorporation quote.
Government charges
ACRA charges for the name application and incorporation. They are listed on their own. They are not discounted.
Professional fee
This is the fee for the incorporation work itself. Year-one secretary, a registered address or a nominee director are included only if the plan selects them.
Year-one accounting does not waive the incorporation professional fee. They are two fees.
Fees that come later
Annual secretary, address, accounting, corporate tax and work passes are priced on their own pages. One-off changes with no catalogue price are quoted first.
