The filing entity follows pass type, fixed monthly salary and licence scope together — not the pass name alone. Above S$4,500 and inside the Select Licence, including a qualifying Employment Pass or S Pass: MEISHENG PTE. LTD. (EA 26S3340). At or below S$4,500, or outside that scope: MAYSEN MANPOWER PTE. LTD. (EA 25C2990). MEISHENG PTE. LTD. remains the billing entity. MOM decides.
