Terms, privacy, PDPA and refunds

These terms apply to incorporation, company secretary, accounting and related services you buy from MEISHENG PTE. LTD. (UEN 202341351G) through this site. Where fixed monthly salary exceeds S$4,500 and the work is inside the Select Licence, including a qualifying Employment Pass or S Pass, MEISHENG PTE. LTD. files it under EA Select Licence 26S3340. Work Permits, and applications at or below S$4,500 or otherwise outside that scope, are filed by MAYSEN MANPOWER PTE. LTD. (UEN 202521939G) under EA Licence 25C2990. MEISHENG PTE. LTD. remains the billing entity. The order names the licensed provider.

We prepare, check and file with ACRA, IRAS and MOM. We do not guarantee any government approval. MOM decides Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications. ACRA decides company names and UEN issuance.

You warrant that identity, company and financial information you submit is true, complete and current. Delays or penalties from inaccurate information are yours.

Service fees, government fees and third-party charges are shown separately at checkout. GST is currently not charged. Government fees follow the rate published by the authority at filing.

Singapore law applies. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith, then submitted to the Singapore courts.

We collect names, email, contact details, passport or NRIC, proof of address, company name, UEN, officer details, bank files and other documents you upload.

We use this only to file with ACRA, IRAS and MOM, to perform secretary and accounting contracts, to issue invoices, to verify identity, and to run the customer workspace and staff desk.

Files sit in private storage with access control. There is no public download URL. Access requires a signed-in user and an ownership check. We keep access logs. We do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

We handle personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. To access, correct or request deletion, email admin@meisheng.sg.

Incorporation, secretary and accounting records must be kept under the Companies Act, CSP rules and tax law. Some records cannot be deleted on request during the statutory period.

If data is transferred to an overseas processor (cloud storage or payments), we use contracts and access controls.

To request a refund, contact an adviser. Government fees already paid are usually not returnable.
