How to change the company secretary

What is handed over
Usually BizFile access, the constitution, statutory registers, recent resolutions and the date of the next Annual Return. Missing items are collected. They are not guessed.
What the annual fee includes
The annual secretary service includes the appointment and the Annual Return government fee. Whether an old change, a share transfer or a strike-off is included depends on the order, not on the fact that the secretary changed.
New company or existing company
A new company appoints the secretary at incorporation. An existing company transfers a file that already exists. Both can buy the annual service. The starting point is different.
