Change a Singapore company director
Appointments, resignations and updates to director particulars need consent and an ACRA lodgement. At least one director must remain ordinarily resident in Singapore.
Appointing, resigning or updating a director has no separate price. It is not charged as the annual company secretary fee. Ask us first.
