Change a Singapore company name
A company may change its name by special resolution. The new name must first pass an ACRA name application. It cannot be identical to an existing name or be undesirable. The constitution and public record are updated after approval.
Changing the company name has no separate price, and it is not charged here as the annual company secretary plan. Ask us first. If you already have Mayxon’s annual secretary service, whether this change is included follows that order and its terms.

Shareholders pass the change under the constitution.
Use the new name
After approval, contracts, invoices and bank details move to the new name.
