Registered address or an address change
These are often put on the same invoice. They are not the same product.
The annual registered address
Buying Mayxon’s annual address means using Paya Lebar Square, 60 Paya Lebar Road, #11-47, Singapore 409051, and lodging that address with ACRA when the company is incorporated or when it switches to this address. Mail is received and scanned. It is not a private office or a meeting room.
Moving to an address you provide
Moving the registered office to another Singapore address you provide is a one-off filing. It has no catalogue price. A customer who already uses Mayxon’s address does not buy another year only for a change the service already covers.
A change should be lodged with ACRA within 14 days. The new address must be able to receive statutory mail.
