Change a Singapore registered office
The registered office must be in Singapore and able to receive official mail. A change should be lodged with ACRA within 14 days. Moving it to an address you provide is not the same service as buying Mayxon’s annual registered address.
Changing the registered office to an address you provide is not the same as buying Mayxon’s annual registered address. A one-off change to your own address has no separate price. Ask us first. If you already use Mayxon’s address service, whether this change is covered is decided from that order. You do not buy another year only for this change.
Lodge within 14 days
ACRA deals with late lodgement, which can mean a penalty.
The new address must actually receive ACRA and IRAS mail.
